The Abbey Tea Bar has just opened in central Bath at the Abbey Hotel. Each day you can indulge in the timeless tradition of British tea time with tasty teas, treats and tipples.

We have partnered with Hope & Glory to bring you the finest flavours of English tea. Choose your favourite flavour of tea to partner with a delectable slice of cake or a tasty sandwich or two. We also offer a full afternoon tea experience so you can sip, savour and socialise at your leisure.

When the evening falls, we have a menu full of classic favourites and a cocktail and drinks menu to accompany your evening meal.

Light bites

An appetising selection of sourdough and finger sandwiches are available to complement your choice of tea if you’re looking for something savoury to eat. From 11am to 5:30pm choose from options such as a classic ham and cheese, a regal coronation chicken, a grilled vegetable or a scrumptious mozzarella, pesto and tomato sandwich.

Indulge with a glass of wine and choice of dinner options from 5:30pm until 9pm. Our evening menu features hearty dishes and a selection of sharing boards that can be enjoyed with one of our famous teas or something stronger.
